VTC has provided systems engineering and evaluation services directly to the TSA, helping to identify best practices and promulgate design standards for TSA's Office of Security Technology and Office of Security Operations based on the success of our own projects.  Of particular note was the first-ever issuance of TSA's Planning Guidelines and Design Standards for Checked Baggage Inspection Systems for which VTC was the primary author.
